Shipping Policy

Domestic & International

Shipping is done via UPS. Customer pays shipping costs, the minimum shipping cost is $10. We ship nationally and internationally, no shipping to PO boxes. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. If it is a rush order let us know.

Insurance
UPS includes insurance depending on the declared value of the parcel. If you like to add additional coverage for large value
shipments, please contact us.

Shipment Tracking
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Customs
Customer is responsible for any customs tariffs on imported goods into their countries.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within two weeks of order arrival. We do not accept returns of past season merchandise. Customer pays return shipping. Please include a note stating reason for return and contact us before returning merchandise.

Repairs Policy

We offer free repairs. We cannot guarantee we will be able to repair all items. Customers pay shipping costs. Please contact us if you need an item repaired.

Payment policy

We allow net 30 payments after first order and with submission of appropriate credit references. New customers must pay credit card or C.O.D. We accept MasterCard, Visa & AMEX. Your card is charged at the time of shipping. This website does not process payments. Please call with credit card information or enter in “comments” section. Your card is charged at the time of shipping. We will call to confirm credit card information and get approval for charges.

Minimum Order Policy

All opening Jewelry orders have a $500 or 12 piece minimum. Please call for Belt or Judaica minimums. Orders under $100 are subject to a $10 service charge.

purpose than to improve your shopping experience. We will not store credit card information without your permission. We do not charge your credit card until you have approved the charge.
