Shipping Policy

US Domestic ( Continental United States )

Customers pay for shipping. We ship all throughout the Continental United States and to PO boxes. We ship in USPS Priority Small Flat Rate box.

Insurance

USPS Priority Flat Rate includes up to $50 in insurance coverage. If you like to add additional coverage for large value shipments, please contact us.

Shipment Tracking
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We offer complementary shipping on orders over $75 (excluding taxes and shipping costs).

US Territories ( Outside Continental United States )

Customers pay for shipping. Customers choose between USPS and UPS shipping during checkout. We ship all throughout the United States territories and to PO boxes.

International Shipping

Customers pay for shipping. We ship all throughout the World ( Excluding those countries that UPS does not ship to - see more -)

We ship in UPS Ground or Worldwide Saver where applicable. Prices vary upon location and type of service.

Insurance
UPS includes insurance depending on the declared value of the parcel. If you like to add additional coverage for large value shipments, please contact us.

Customs
Customer is responsible for any customs tariffs on imported goods into their countries.

Shipment Tracking
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. ( NOTE : UPS provides limited tracking once parcel has left the United States - see more - )

If an item is in stock, customers also have the option of overnight or express shipping for an additional charge.

In stock items will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Items not in stock will ship within 3 to 4 business days. Orders can be processed 9 am to 5 pm eastern time Monday through Friday.

No signature is required for receipt.

Orders with multiple items will be shipped together once each piece is ready. Each piece comes in a decorative gift box with a designers biography card.

Loss or Damage

If your package is lost or damage during transit please contact UPS or USPS customer service for help in recovering it.

NOTE : This excludes packages lost or stolen once they been delivered at your selected address.

Returns Policy

Please contact us if you wish to make a return. To receive a full refund or exchange, returns must be postmarked within 10 days of arrival, unworn, and in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping, unless jewelry has arrived damaged.

Repairs Policy

We offer free repairs. We can not guarantee we will be able to repair all items. Customers pay shipping costs. Repairs will not be made on items purchased from unauthorized retailers. Please contact us if you need an item repaired.
